Every engineer raises the issues they hit in their part of the project. Pondera tests it, finds the cause and proposes a fix while they keep developing. Watch the loop run.

ONE LIFECYCLE · COMMAND AND CONTROL
One loop, with command and control at its core.
From first build to release, every stage feeds the same loop. At its center sits Pondera's command-and-control layer (C2), written in C. Observability is built in, but C2 goes further than spotting an error.
Detect
Catches a fault the moment it appears, at any stage of the loop.
Diagnose
Traces the problem across the whole system, using diagnostics and telemetry, until it finds the root cause.
Act
Notifies your engineers and proposes solutions. Approved fixes flow back into development, and the loop continues.
C2 connects to every stage. Green marks where your engineers approve.
FROM QUESTION TO TESTED SOLUTION
Several solutions, tested, with the reasoning shown.
You describe the problem. Behind the scenes, Pondera builds a structured map of how your data and your software fit together, so its answers come back faster, cleaner and more precise.
Because you can see how every solution was derived, you have the confidence to move forward while you're still planning or testing.
Map
Builds an abstract syntax tree that overlays your data onto your code, so every answer is grounded in how your system actually works.
Propose
Presents several possible solutions, not just one.
Test
Sequences through each solution, tests it for you and presents the data.
Show
Shows how each solution was derived, so you can check the reasoning yourself. No black box.
GETTING STARTED
From kickoff to your first results in seven steps.
What we set up together, and what your engineers see next.
Step 1
Pick your setupOn your premises or in your cloud. Your data stays isolated.
Step 2

Step 3
Upload documentsOptional. Specs and design files sharpen every recommendation.
Step 4
Connect hardwareDirectly or through a test PC. Pondera reads and drives its inputs and outputs.
Step 5

WHAT PONDERA IS
Pondera proposes. Your team makes decisions.
Engineers accept or reject proposed tests, review protocols before anything runs, and review the results. Choose from co-op or auto modes.
Pondera does
Help you launch your product faster
Work beside your engineers
Surface issues earlier
Give unlimited usage per licensed engineer
Aim to support compliance for global market access
Pondera does not
Plug cables and solder wires
Design your product for you
Act as a third-party lab or certification body
WHO IT'S FOR
Built first for robot hardware.
Teams that struggle to find people who can define requirements, troubleshoot, and find holistic solutions launch faster with fewer failures. Pick your industry.
What they are up against
Sensors, motors, batteries and compute all have to work together, and every new robot generation brings fresh integration and troubleshooting work.
How Pondera helps
Pondera connects to every component on the robot, finds the root cause when parts don't play well together, and proposes the fix.
What they are up against
Flight-critical electronics, tight weight and power budgets, and hardware that has to be proven before it flies in the field.
How Pondera helps
Pondera tests the electronics on the bench and on the aircraft, traces faults across the system, and helps your team ship with fewer surprises.
What they are up against
Automotive electronics such as ECUs, ADAS sensors, displays and telematics units, plus any other product with electronics and firmware, have to integrate cleanly and be ready for the customer.
How Pondera helps
The same loop applies: Pondera works from first-hand data on your hardware, finds integration issues early and helps get the product ready for your customers.

OTA updatesDeliver updates to your product over the air.
Fault managerDetects faults in the system and works with your watchdog, so a crash such as running out of memory triggers a clean reset.
Real-time analyticsLive analytics once your product is in production, priced for production use.
Add-ons take more work and responsibility on our side, so they are offered subject to a liability agreement. Details are set out in your contract.

FAQ
Questions engineers ask us.
Straight answers about how Pondera works.
How is Pondera built?
Pondera combines a language model with retrieval and tool integrations, a multi-agent system, and a structured knowledge layer.
What sets it apart is where its information comes from. Pondera connects directly to the parts and interfaces of the system under development, so it works from first-hand data rather than from descriptions.
How does Pondera learn about my product?
Its agents combine the information you provide, such as requirements, specifications and design documents, with what they observe through a direct connection to your hardware.
How can I trust Pondera's recommendations?
At every internal stage, Pondera checks inputs and outputs for bias and unsupported conclusions before a result moves forward. Its recommendations rest on first-hand data from the system under test.
No test plan or procedure runs until the responsible engineer approves it. The detailed validation method is proprietary to Calibr Works.
What does Pondera look like on a real project?
Take a USB implementation:
Develop: Pondera generates the code, either with your developers or on its own.
Verify in software: it compiles the code and tests it in software.
Verify on hardware: it then tests the code on your target hardware.
Resolve: when issues come up, it detects them and works through them, with or without an engineer in the loop depending on the mode you choose.
Why not just use a general-purpose AI assistant?
Perception: Pondera observes your actual system directly. A general-purpose assistant only knows what you tell it.
Holistic resolution: a general-purpose assistant usually fixes one issue at a time. Pondera looks at all open issues together to find a solution.
